Fellowship Groups
There are many fellowship opportunities at Peace Lutheran. Here is a sampling:
Bible Study - Opportunities throughout the week to grow and share in fellowship. Check our Services page or click on the Bible Study link to view days and times.
Sunday Refreshments - Between services, there is always coffee, juice, and goodies. It is a great way for people attending the two services to catch up and celebrate special occasions.
Dinner for Six/Eight - A way to share good food and get to know members better. A fun version of miniature potlucks. Interesting conversation is bound to come along with the meal!
Girlfriends - A group women ages 20+ who get together and enjoy a variety of outings.
Inreach/Outreach - Many opportunities to experience and share the love of Christ at home and throughout the world through fellowship and service activities. Examples of outreach service include: Military appreciation and support through partnership with the M.A.N.A. network, Overseas coupon program, Flagstaff Kitchen service, Northern Arizona Food Bank service, Thrift Store volunteer opportunities (Cedar Closet, Hodge Podge, and St Vincent de Paul). Examples of inreach service include: Sunday morning refreshments and other special events like an annual church picnic.
L.O.L.C. - Also known affectionately as the Little Old Ladies Club. This group of women promise you won't be bored if you join their get togethers. In previous years they have hosted Mother's Day Tea Parties.
L.O.G. - If you have a Little Old Ladies Club, you need to give the Little Old Gents some fun time too!
Youth Group - Special opportunities for youth include lock-ins, hikes, service projects, and gatherings with other Christian youth from around the country.
