  • PICActive Communicant Members of Peace Lutheran Church receive a 35% discount on Preschool tuition.  This discount does not apply to Extended Care fees.
  • A Sibling Discount is given if 2 or more children from one family are enrolled at the same time in the Preschool or Extended Care programs.  The discount is $10 off the tuition feed for the additional child(ren) per tuition billing period (e.g., per month or per week).
  • Preschool tuition may be paid monthly or annually.  Monthly tuition payments are due by the 1st day of each month.
  • A 30-day advance written notice of intent to withdraw a child from school is required.  No withdrawal notices are accepted for April and May.  You are responsible for full fees during the 30-day period.
  • NO REFUNDS OF ANNUAL TUITION ARE MADE.
  • Preschool and Extended Care tuition will not be adjusted for absences.
  • Extended Care fees may be made weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly.  Please make payment arrangements with the Director at the time of registration.
  • Weekly Extended Care fees are due on Monday.  A $10.00 Early Payment Discount will be given if payment is made by end-of-day Monday and the account is current.
  • Adjustments will be made for Extended Care students when a two-week advance written notice of an absence is given to the school office.  There will be a 50% holding fee charged for the period of time requested.  The holding fee will guarantee your child's place in the program.  This adjustment only applies for weeks in which your child is not here at all.  If a two-week written notice of absence is not given, the full fee will be charged.
  • During the Summer Program, if a child's absence extends beyond two weeks, the child will be withdrawn from the program.  Re-enrollment will be subject to space availability.  If a child is withdrawn without proper notice, full tuition will be due for a two week period.
  • The Administrative Director has the discretion to waive the holding fee for Extended Care for up to one week if the absence is due to an emergency.
  • Registration fees will not be refunded.
  • For an account over 30 days, a child will not be permitted to attend school until the account is brought current.
  • Except as noted above, the Administrative Director does not have the authority to waive payment policies.  Requests to waive any payment policy must be made in writing on a form that may be obtained from the Administrative Director.  The request will be presented to the (Peace Lutheran) Board of Christian Education for final disposition.  The Board will provide a written response to the request.
  • All fees and payment policies are subject to change with a 30-day advance written notice.

Other Fees

  • A $3.00 fee will be added to your account when the school prepares a lunch for your child.  All children need to bring a sack lunch, as appropriate.  The school provides all milk or juice.
  • A $10.00 late fee will be charged for each 10-minute period, or any portion of a 10-minute  period, that a child is left past his/her regularly scheduled pick up time (or past school closing time).
  • All children enrolled in Preschool only will be charged additional Extended Care fees if they are dropped off more than 10 minutes before the Preschool class begins.
  • A $25.00 late fee will be charged on the 6th day of the month for monthly accounts not paid on time.
  • A $30.00 fee will be charged for all returned checks.  All future payments must be made by cash, cashier's check, or money order.
